<p>The present invention relates to an LED light emitting device including a situational color temperature control function and, more particularly, to an LED light emitting device including a light emitting part (100) composed of a first LED light source (110) having a first color temperature, a sub light emitting part (200) composed of a second LED light source (210) having a second color temperature and a third LED light source having a third color temperature (220), and a control part (300) controlling the whole light color by mixing the first to third light sources (110,210,220) of the sub light emitting part (200) and the light emitting part (100). According to the present invention, it is very economical to easily control a color temperature with the control of an input current besides automatically or manually controlling the color temperature according to a situation by including an LED light emitting device including the light emitting part (100) composed of the first LED light source (110) having a first color temperature, the sub light emitting part (200) composed of a second LED light source (210) having a second color temperature and the third LED light source having a third color temperature (220), and the control part (300) controlling the whole light color by mixing the first to third light sources (110,210,220) of the sub light emitting part (200) and the light emitting part (100).
