The device has a homogeneous assembly used without contribution of detachable elements. The assembly includes a shoe rod (7) and a shoe sole composed of a dispersion dihedron reinforced by a triangular beam (2) on which a lower bridge (4) of a shock-proof material is laminated, and of walking stabilization barbs (9). A body of the dihedron comprises an interior volume (5) above the lower bridge, where the volume is used to be filled with the shock-proof material that absorbs part of initial shock wave of explosion of a mine.
