Provided are an organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting display device includes a substrate, a thin film transistor which is formed on the substrate, an organic light emitting device which includes a first electrode which is connected to the thin film transistor, an organic light emitting layer which is formed on the first electrode, and a second electrode which is formed on the organic light emitting layer, and a pixel defining layer which is formed on the organic light emitting device and the substrate and opens a part of the first electrode. The pixel defining layer includes nanoparticles which change a path of light emitted from the organic light emitting layer.
