An injection-moulding unit for a plastics injection-moulding machine has a plasticizing unit (12), which can be received in said machine and in which a screw (14) is provided for transporting the plasticizable material in an injecting axis (s-s) into a cavity (15a) of an injection mould (15). An electromechanical metering drive (31) turns the screw (14) when metering the plasticizable material. A number of electromechanical injection motors (50) drive spindle drives (40) for the axial movement of the screw (14) in relation to the plasticizing unit (12) by means of an injection bridge (33) guided movably along guides (21). The spindle drives (40) are assigned at least two injection motors (50), which are in operative connection with the spindle drive directly or via a gear mechanism. The fact that the injection-moulding unit has in the area of movement of the injection bridge a stiffening frame (Q), which comprises bearing elements for the guides (21) that are in a fixed geometrical relationship with the mounting (32) for the screw (14), has the effect of providing an alternative construction of an injection-moulding unit that guides the mechanically unsynchronized spindle drives reliably and uniformly for the introduction of the injection force. |
