<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of avoiding the leakage risk of use permission data from an information management device in an authority transfer of information use. <P>SOLUTION: In an information management device, certificate key data which is a hash value is formed from use permission data formed for an authority transfer of information use to a service provider or the like and stored while being correlated with the certificate, so that management of the use permission data in the information management device becomes unnecessary. Due to this fact, the leakage risk of the use permission data can be avoided in the information management device.
