PURPOSE: Lyocell multi-filament, a manufacturing method thereof, tire cord including the same are provided to offer good properties by preventing degradation of intensity due to moisture absorption, and to improve defects of cellulose fiber. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of lyocell multi-filament includes the following steps of: manufacturing spinning dope by dissolving cellulose-based polymers containingα- cellulose of 93% or more in a mixed solvent including water and N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide; spinning and coagulating spinning dope through a spinneret; drying and washing coagulated materials. A washing process is formed on a washing device(20) including a plurality of washing groups. The ultrasonic wave is irradiated from the bottom of the last washing groups. |
