A vehicle information management system is provided. The system can cope with various kinds of vehicles, eliminates the necessity of cumbersome cartridge exchanging operation and allows diagnostic data to be accessed in a short time. A first transmitter transmits one or more diagnostic data pieces stored in a storage to a personal computer connected to the vehicle. The first transmitter transmits terminal data after transmitting all of the one or more diagnostic data.
