A ladder fixing apparatus for a ship is disclosed. The ladder fixing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body part having a fixing member installed at a body entering into an inner side of a member installed at a plate where a ship is assembled, and selectively fixed to or released from the member; and a coupling part having a first coupling part extending toward the outside with respect to the body and coupled to one ladder and a second coupling part installed to face a direction other than the first coupling part.
