PURPOSE: An electrostatic discharge protection device is provided to improve the design area efficiency of an internal circuit by including high current driving performance in comparison with an area. CONSTITUTION: A first conductive type second well(29) is formed on a substrate. A second conductive type third well(30) is formed on the substrate. A first conductive drift(35) is formed in a first deep well, the second well, and the third well. A second conductive type third diffusion region(36) is formed in the third well. The first conductive drift and the third diffusion region are connected to a cathode terminal. |
