The present invention relates to an apparatus for injecting liquid into human's skin. The apparatus easily forms holes with a regular configuration on the skin using needles in order to inject the liquid to an exact location in a short time, thereby enabling conducting various types of skin therapies such as a narrow type or a long type, etc. as well as smoothly conducting skin therapies. For that, the apparatus for injecting liquid to human's skin comprises: a main body device part having a driving device; a unit operating part including an operating unit having a connection lever; a needle unit part comprising a needle main body unit; needles combined with the skin in the state that the fine holes are arranged on the skin in a row; a needle installation part where the needles are combined; a spring returning the needles to the original position; an adhering unit which is uneven-shaped and adhered to the skin; and a cap unit having a needle guiding unit guiding the movement of the needles in order to be combined with the unit operating part to be detachable for injecting the liquid for treatment into the skin. |
