Disclosed are a concrescence apparatus to fabricate dye sensitized solar cells capable of preventing the thermal bonding error of a counter electrode and a free-working electrode by improving thermal transmission and thermal circulation, and a concrescence plate thereof. The concrescence apparatus includes a lamination device for laminating dye sensitized solar cells; and concrescence plates horizontally forming thermal transmission paths in one direction and transmitting heat to the laminated inner part through the thermal transmission paths by alternately laminating the dye sensitized solar cells.
