PURPOSE: A painting method using a working robot is provided to obtain uniform coating quality by adjusting distance and angle between a sprayer and coated surface. CONSTITUTION: A painting method using a working robot(100) comprises the following steps: installing a working robot including first, second, third and fourth rotating members(1,2,4,5) and first and second vertical moving members(3,6) in front of coated surface; and spraying the coated surface by using a sprayer(14) connected to the fourth member while rotating the first rotating member. In the first step, the central axis of the second straight line makes the right angle or in parallel with the coated surface. The second vertical moving member, the first, second rotating members and the first vertical moving member, the third and fourth rotating member are connected in order. The projection toward the horizontal plane of the spray makes the right angle with the coated surface and maintains the constant distance between the sprayer and the coated surface. |
