The present invention is to provide a spring hanger bracket which comprises a body unit (110), a frame connecting member (120), and spring connecting members (130, 140). The body unit includes a bent part that both ends are bent in the same direction. The frame connecting member is connected to the body unit and inserted to a vehicle frame. The spring connecting members are connected to the bent part of the body unit and support one end of a leaf spring as one end of the spring connecting member is connected to the leaf spring. A first connection groove (115) formed into a semicircle shape is at the bent part (113) of the body unit and a second concave connection groove (125) formed into the semicircle shape is placed at one end of the frame connecting unit (120). A third connection groove (133) wherein the second connection groove is coupled to the first connection groove is placed on the upper outer periphery of the spring connecting member. The third connection groove has the certain depth and width and is formed into the semicircle shape.
