A device for utilization of worn tires in electromagnetic field includes a body with pressing and guide rollers placed in it, inductor of high-frequency electromagnetic field, output rollers, diffuser with smoke exhauster, power supply and control system. To provide keeping to initial physical-chemical and mechanical properties by utilization products at utilization, the device is additionally equipped with electromagnetic-mechanical system of stratification and removal of metal cord from protector and the frame, this includes the unit of thermal effect on metal cord and the unit of mechanical effect. The unit of thermal effect coincides with the inductor, and the inductor is arranged with provision of the mode of destruction of connective layer rubber-metal cord indirectly with change of frequency of oscillatory circuit of the device; unit of mechanical effect comprises two installed in sequence after the output rollers magnetic cylinders rotating in fixed screening sector cases in opposite directions with separate drives, and two separation blades installed after the first and the second magnetic cylinders in direction of racetrack, respectively. |
