The present invention relates to an inner ventilation system for a livestock barn, in which a ventilation fan for inner air circulation is operated by the electric energy generated by a wind power generator utilizing the exhaust air flow of the ventilation fan as a power source while the ventilation fan installed in the livestock barn is operated. The inner ventilation system for a livestock barn according to the present invention operates a ventilation fan for inner air circulation with the electric energy generated by utilizing the exhaust air flow of the ventilation fan installed in the livestock barn, which is discharged without use, and, therefore, enables to reduce the electric charges of a ventilation system of a livestock barn, which are paid by livestock farmers.
