PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an observation device and a display device which help to reduce power consumption and avoid giving discomfort to the wearer when the devices are put on.SOLUTION: The observation device comprises: a first holding part which is put on a portion of the observer to hold the observation device in place (a head fixing band 21, etc.); a concave mirror which projects, in enlarged view, a display image displayed on the display unit of an electronic apparatus 11 to the eyeballs of the observer; and a second holding part (a terminal holder 23, etc.) which holds the concave mirror 12 and the electronic apparatus 11 in place. The concave mirror 12 is held in such a way that the concave surface is directed toward the eyeballs of the observer. The concave mirror 12 and the electronic apparatus 11 are held in such a way that the distance from the display unit of the electronic apparatus 11 to the concave mirror 12 is progressively smaller at the ear side than at the eyeball side of the observer. |
