PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphor light source device capable of obtaining high optical output and capable of emitting light having uniform light intensity distribution.SOLUTION: The phosphor light source device excites a phosphor with light emitted from an excitation light source and emits light emitted from the phosphor, where a hologram element is arranged at a position where the light from the excitation light source is applied from a direction along an irradiation direction of a reference light, which is used in manufacturing the hologram element, and at a position where a reproduction image recorded on the hologram element is generated on the phosphor. As the hologram element, a hologram element which generates a reproduction image having uniform light intensity distribution in the reproduction image region on the phosphor is used. |
