A portable roti or bread maker comprises a kneading device 4, an extruder 12, a roller 13 and a housing split into two halves. The kneading device is located in one half of the housing and the extruder and roller in the other half. When situated in a first orientation, the ingredients are measured using the cup 5 provided and placed into the kneader. After kneading, the entire device is turned upside down and the ingredients fall into the extruder and then forced through the roller. A cutter may be provided to cut the rolled pieces into suitable sizes for cooking. LEDs 6, 7 may indicate operation and cooking time. |
