<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily obtain display of a portion required by the user when a map is displayed. <P>SOLUTION: A mark representing a map image and a reference point are displayed on an output unit as a touch panel. In doing so, first and second modes are available that are different in processing when a first state where two portions in a map image display area are in contact is shifted into a second state while at least one of the two portions is kept in the contact state. In the first mode, spots on the map displayed respectively on the two portions in the first state are separately displayed on two portions in the second state. In the second mode, if a distance between the two portions in the first state is set as L1 and a distance between the two portions in the second state is set as a second distance L2, the position of the mark of the reference point displayed in the first state is not moved in the output unit, and the display of the map image is multiplied by L2/L1 centering on the reference point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
