<p>Disclosed is a method of reciprocating impact excavation with a discharge cavity provided for discharge. The method uses an impact blanking mechanism (3). The impact blanking mechanism (3) comprises an impact power box (4), a powered impact component (5), an impact guide component (6), and an impact head (7), wherein the impact head (7) is composed of a support seat (8), a discharge cavity frame (9), and impact teeth (10) or composed of a support seat (8), and impact teeth (10). The discharge cavity frame (9) is arranged on the support seat (8), the discharge cavity frame (9) comprises one or more discharge cavities (11), the discharge cavity (11) is advantageous for discharging material punched out by teeth for impacting the inner material layer, the impact blanking mechanism (3) is arranged on a machine body (1), a travelling mechanism (2) is arranged on the machine body, the powered impact component (5) drives the reciprocal movement of the impact head (7), the discharge cavity (11) discharges material, and the machine body (1) smoothly passes through, achieving continuous excavation. Further disclosed is a reciprocating impact excavator with a discharge cavity provided for discharge, to implement this method. The invention solves the problem of the excavator not being able to continuously excavate because of material caught between the ends of teeth not being discharged, and achieves smooth excavation, material discharge, and charging by an impact head excavator, increasing the excavation efficiency.</p> |
