PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope not generating the damage to flexible built-in matters even if used over a long period of time by preventing the flexible built-in matters from getting over the wire guides in a curved pipe. SOLUTION: A plurality of wire guides 24 are provided to the inner peripheral surface of the curved pipe 2 in an inwardly protruded state and a getting- over regulation member 30, which inwardly protrudes from the inner peripheral surface of the curved pipe 2 largely as compared with the wire guides 24 to regulate the getting-over of the flexible built-in matters 7, 9 and 10, is arranged at the position between the wire guides 24. Alternatively, in such a case that the space not permitting the flexible built-in matters 7, 9 and 10 to pass is present along the wire guides 24, a space occupying member 40, which occupies the space to regulate the movement of the flexible built-in matters 7, 9 and 10 to the space, is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the curved pipe 2.
