AUTOMATIC WATER-DRAINING APPARATUS HAVING MANUAL WATER-DRAINING FEATURE

An automatic water-draining apparatus having a manual water-draining feature, comprising a water-collecting cup (1), a water-draining base (2) arranged at the bottom part of the water-collecting cup (1), a water-draining opening arranged on the water-draining base (2) and for use in draining water in the water-collecting cup (1) to the external of the apparatus, a cylinder body (4) connected onto the water-draining base (2), a slidable piston (5) arranged within the cylinder body (4), a float (16) sleeved on the exterior of the cylinder body (4) and capable of moving up and down with the water in the water-collecting cup (1), a control component arranged on the top part of the cylinder body (4), linked with the float (16), and capable of controlling the piston (5) to seal or to open the water-draining hole, a top rod (18) arranged at the bottom part of the water-collecting cup (1), penetrating the cup bottom, and capable of sliding up and down, where the top surface of the top rod (18) and the bottom surface of the float (16) are partly arranged in correspondence with each other. This automatic water-draining apparatus having the manual water-draining feature requires a reduced force when pressing a button for manual water-draining, and is broadly applicable in water-draining systems of gas pipelines.
