A dual pipe air-conditioner refrigerant pipe given in the present invention includes: an internal pipe which delivers a refrigerant from an evaporator, has a spiral shape on the inner circumferential surface, and has a projection unit for discharging heat on the outer circumferential surface; and a discharging pipe which surrounds the internal pipe, is connected to the internal pipe at the end, includes an inlet pipe into which the refrigerant inflows from a condenser, includes an outlet pipe which discharges the refrigerant through an expansion valve. By doing so, the heat exchange efficiency between a refrigerant of low temperature and low pressure which is delivered from the evaporator to the condenser and a refrigerant of high temperature and high pressure which is delivered from the condenser to the expansion valve is enhanced.
