<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure and connecting members capable of connecting connected members (such as copings) in various arranged forms and breadth by few kinds of connecting members. <P>SOLUTION: The copings 51, 52 are connected through the connecting member 2. The connecting member 2 comprises a connecting decorative member 20 and end decorative members 24. The connecting decorative member 20 is integrally provided with an interposed plate part 21 interposed and fixed between the end faces 51a, 52a of the copings 51, 52, and a surface covering part 22 covering the respective end surfaces 51b, 52b of the copings 51, 52. The end decorative member 24 is integrally provided with an interposed part 25 interposed and fixed between the end faces 51a, 52a, and an L-shaped member covering part 26 covering the longitudinal end surface and end face of the connecting decorative member 20 with one side part 261 and the other side part 262.
