Method for manufacturing a press hardened formed component made of sheet steel

The method involves homogeneously heating a circuit board at temperature from 450[deg] c to 700[deg] c. The circuit board is heated at high temperature up to 900[deg] c for certain period. The circuit board is transformed in press tools so that to form the molding element with partially high strength and ductility. The circuit board is cured after transformation. An independent claim is included for a device for producing press-hardened mold element from steel sheet.
