<p>The invention relates to a wound dressing comprising a wound pad (1) that is activated or is to be activated before treating the wound, is used for treating wounds in a moist medium, and is provided with a planar support material (2) which protrudes from at least some areas of the wound pad (1). At least some areas of the support material (2) have an adhesive layer (3) on a side facing the wound in order to attach the wound dressing to a wearer.
