A first common electrode (109) and a second common electrode (110) are formed on a dielectric layer (101), and capacitor electrodes (111, 112, 113, 114) are formed on a dielectric layer (102). An input/output terminal lead-out electrode (203) is formed on a dielectric layer (103), input/output terminal lead-out electrodes (205, 206) are formed on a dielectric layer (104), and line electrodes (116, 117, 118) are formed on a dielectric layer (105). Via electrodes (131 to 136) are formed to establish conduction in the layering direction between individual electrode patterns formed on the plural dielectric layers. Three LC parallel resonators are constructed with such an arrangement, and respective line lengths of the line electrodes (116, 117, 118) are gradually changed in order to convert the impedance between the input and the output. |
