A post anchor for installing a lighting tower is provided to prevent subsidence of ground by installing a lighting tower in an installation site easily and stably, and to perform repair and replacement works easily. A post anchor(200) for installing a lighting tower is formed by forming a foundation pipe in the appointed length, forming a flange(212) for connecting with a clamp of a post to the top of the foundation pipe in the same diameter as a clamp, installing a fastening element(300) for fastening the clamp to the flange, installing a guide pipe(213) for connecting an electric wire to the bottom of the flange of the foundation pipe at the appointed angle of inclination and penetrating a hole(211) of the foundation pipe, and installing several pins(221) from the lower part of the guide pipe to the bottom of the foundation pipe at regular intervals, installing a ground plate(250) for stabilizing electricity at the earthed state to the bottom of the foundation pipe, and forming a foundation shaft(220) unified with the foundation pipe by placing concrete from the flange of the foundation pipe to the ground plate. |
