Invention herewith described refers to the tracheal tube for sampling the inhaled air. The wider tracheal tube [1] is thus placed through the tracheostoma that the opening on the longer curve [b] is facing the larynx. The opening on the lower end of the placed tube faces the trachea bifurcation. In the larger tube there is placed the narrow tube which is fixed to it with the top openings [b] facing each other and the microchip [5].The narrow tube [2] is placed on the rigid bracket [4] whose curvature follows the curvature of the narrow tube on the lower end of which, when the tube is placed in the trachea, there is fixed the microchip [5]. At the opposite end of the microchip bracket there is fixed the stub [3] that closes the front opening [c] of the narrow tube and allows the central positioning of the microchip [5] in the lumen of the narrow tube below the top tube opening [b]. The lower end of the narrow tube is closed. With the measuring instrument [7] there is performed a reading of the measurement result values (the air temperature and the air humidity). Due to the difference in the tube [a] diameter the patient breathes freely and the exhaled air does not come in contact with the microchip. |
