<p>The invention relates to a piezoelectric sensor for determining dynamic viscosity of fluids. According to the invention, the sensor consists of a ceramic piezoelectric disk (1) of PZT type (Lead Zirconium Titanate) modified with NbO, where, on a side of the disk (1) there is carried out a receiver silver electrode (2) and a transmitter silver electrode (3), the two electrodes (2 and 3) being galvanically separated by means of a slot (4) placed at l/4 and 3l/4, respectively, of the diameter of the piezoelectric disk (1), and on the other side of the disk (1) there is carried out, on the entire surface, a reference silver electrode (5), the whole assembly, thus formed, being coated with a silicone resin (6) and of two resistors (10 and 11) with the value of 330Ω, located at a distance of 5...10 mm in relation to the disk (1), the transmitter electrode (3) being connected, by means of two connections (A and C), to a function generator which generates a sinusoidal signal with a top value of 20 V and the frequency of 25 MHz, and the receiver electrode (2) being connected, by means of two connections (B and C), to an oscilloscope for viewing the sinusoidal wave form of the same frequency, 25 MHz, but with variable amplitude, depending on the dynamic viscosity value of an analyzed liquid.</p> |
