An automatic tool changer of a machining center for reducing a tool change time is provided to replace the tool, change the tool by being combined in a magazine type on a top of the table. An automatic tool changer of a machining center includes a machining center(10), a transfer unit(20), and a vertical unit(30). The machining center comprises the main body, the base, and the principal axis and a table. The transfer unit r is combined with both ends of cylinder in order to be moved with cylinder to the horizontal direction according to the X-axis rail formed in the upper side of the transfer method is the base. The vertical unit is installed at the upper side of the transfer method. According to cylinder contract and relax, the vertical member horizontally moves according to the X-axis rail.
