An apparatus of an access network, which provides quality of service for a fixed access, receives (S20) a request for quality of service for connections between mobile devices and a service network delivering multimedia to the mobile devices. In case the requested quality of service meets quality of service limits provided by the fixed access, the request is admitted (S22).
