The present invention relates to a method for coating a main post of a land and an off-shore aerogenerator and, more particularly, to a method for coating a main post of a land and an off-shore aerogenerator, which can facilitate maintenance work and reduce maintenance costs for a main post by performing metalizing work on the surface of the main post. Provided is the method for coating a main post of a land and an off-shore aerogenerator, which comprises as follows: a blasting step which performs blasting treatmemt on the surface of each unit of multiple main posts; a metalizing step which coats a metal material on the surface of each unit after the blasting step; and a sweeping step which softly treats the surface of the units coated with the metal material after the metalizing step.
