PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire user's evaluation of a place easily and accurately based on an actual action history of the user without depending on an active input operation by the user.SOLUTION: By synthesizing staying place information showing the place where a user stayed and schedule information of the user, 4W's action history data of the user is generated, and also 3R's action data about each staying place is generated based on the 4W's action history data. If the specific user inputs an unknown visiting place in this state, an average of a feature parameter is calculated about the unknown visiting place of other plurality of users who have already visited the unknown visiting place. From among a plurality of places which the specific user has already visited, a similar place where its feature parameter is the nearest to the average of the calculated feature parameter of other users is selected, and it is presented to the specific user. Then, after the presentation of the similar place, an evaluation value of the similar place is updated depending on whether the specific user has visited the unknown visiting place or not. |
