PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor film for a touch panel capable of suppressing the occurrence of rainbow unevenness in a liquid crystal display image with extremely high accuracy.SOLUTION: A sensor film 3 for a touch panel is formed by laminating conductive pattern layers 311 and 321 on transparent base materials 31 and 32. The transparent base materials 31 and 32 each have retardation of 6000 nm or more. In a touch panel device 1 using the sensor film 3 for a touch panel, a polarizing plate 4 and the transparent base materials 31 and 32 are disposed such that an angle formed by an absorption axis of the polarizing plate 4 and slow axes of the transparent base materials 31 and 32 of the sensor film 3 for a touch panel becomes 0° ±30° or 90° ±30°.
