PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device and a program which can acquire a state of a monitoring target area from a monitoring device when an inhabitant comes back to the monitoring target area of the monitoring device, and if there is an intruder into the monitoring target area, notify the inhabitant of that effect.SOLUTION: A portable terminal device detects a current position by using a GPS receiver (S100). When the portable terminal device (namely, a supervisor of a monitoring target area of a monitoring device) is in a proximity area to the monitoring target area (S110 is YES), the portable terminal device acquires a detection result of an intruder by a human sensor from the monitoring device (S200), and if an intruder exists in the monitoring target area (S210 is YES), the portable terminal device notifies the supervisor of that effect by issuing an alarm (S220). Also, the portable terminal device stops monitoring operation of the monitoring device when the supervisor is in the proximity area (S240), and executes the monitoring operation of the monitoring device only when the supervisor is outside of the proximity area (S150 and S190). |
