FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: nitrogen ducted apparatus comprises bearing frame with cold plate, gauze belt conveyor, cold box, set of nozzles, box elevator and control unit. Conveyor drums are built in cold plate along bearing frame edges while conveyor flights comprises guide slides with tensioning rollers to support shafts along their length arranged under bearing frame. Lower flight comprises shel pan while cold box is made up of three tilting covers interconnected overlapped along box cross-section and pivoted to bearing frame on one side and connected by retainers on opposite side. First semi-parabolic cover incorporates gas control valve with horizontal transverse slots and guides. Second cover is made up of clip directed downward with clamps for attachment to ceiling collapsible vortex device yokes. Third rounded cover comprises suspended all-welded heat exchanger-gasifier arranged in sub-ceiling space and made up of main elbow-like branch pipe, transfer collector tube bent downward and inclined separation pipe. ^ EFFECT: reduced consumption of coolant, sufficient quality of food products. ^ 24 dwg |
