PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic controller which achieves the downsizing while suppressing the cost increase.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle electronic controller 1 includes: substrates 21a, 21b on which electronic components 4 are mounted, the substrates 21a, 21b which are connected with each other by a bending flexible wiring member; a connector 3 which is mounted on the substrate 21a and includes an insulative connector housing part 31; and a sealing resin 5 which seals the substrates 21a, 21b thereby protecting the electronic components 4 from an external environment. The connector housing 31 includes a substrate fixing part 33 fixed to the substrate 21b.
