PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking sheet which has heat resistance, oil resistance and oil absorption and is suitable for heating with the oily food product such as fish in a microwave oven and a food storage material using the cooking sheet.SOLUTION: A cooking sheet 10 having a cell structure is by a supercritical foam molding method using resin component including polypropylene resin and rubber component. A food storage material 20 consists of a cooking sheet 10 arranged on a food product placement surface 22 of a resin tray 21 capable of being heated in the microwave oven and is suitable for cooking by a microwave oven in the condition where food products such as fish is placed on the cooking sheet 10 in the resin tray 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
