The method for treating the stricture of the biolodigestive anastomosis complicated with the external biliary fistula comprises external-internal transdermal transhepatic drainage of the biolodigestive anastomosis with stenting of the stricture area under X-ray assisted telecontrol. The draining and the stenting are performed via the external biliary fistula. Furthermore, the internal hepatic fistula passage is closed.
