<p>The present invention discloses a method, an access network control node, and a system for receiving and sending load information, relating to the field of communications. According to the present invention, statistics about load data are separately provided based on sub-service types of CS and PS series of cell A, and load information is compiled by using the load data. The load information is sent to a second access network control node so that an access network control node of cell B closes cell B and/or performs an inter-cell handover for a UE. Therefore, network resources are properly used, thereby avoiding an incorrect cell closing and handover.</p> |
