An installation for manufacture of soft rolled waterproofing materials comprises a bath for coating mass, a feed roller, a immersion roller, crossbars mounted above the bath, means for calibrating the coating thickness made in the form of two rollers, whose axles are located in one horizontal plane, movably mounted on the crossbars and fitted with a mechanism for changing the distance, a spreading machine, a coating thickness sensor, shafts for feed of rolled jointing material. The bath for coating mass is manufactured in the form of a vertical tank lined from outside with insulating material and equipped from below with a pipe for supply of hot coating mass and from above – with an overflow pipe to return the excess of coating mass in the devices of its mixing and homogenization. The installation for manufacturing soft rolled of waterproofing materials is additionally equipped with: a unit for receiving, sorting and supply for grinding sorted source spent bituminous ruberoid material consisting of a base, a rack, an inclined conveyor, a junk catcher and a device for removal of metal-containing material, a device of two-stage grinding of source sorted spent bituminous ruberoid material made as a rupture-cutting device mounted on a shock-mechanical rotary assembly; a reversible conveyor for feeding ground bituminous ruberoid material; a unit for receiving and supplying waste oil; a unit for receiving and supplying of DST-30 -0 type modifiers; two devices for mixing and homogenizing the coating mass with heaters lined from outside with insulating material; a unit for supply of homogenized coating mass. |
