The present invention has purposes for providing a real-time alarm system of a habitat environment for fishes and a method thereof and for generating an alarm and a forecast for the habitat environment by monitoring water quality indicating fish's toxicity for the habitat environment. The present invention for achieving the purposes relates to a system for warning the people from the fish's toxicity by monitoring the water quality items indicating the fish's toxicity.
