<p>The present invention relates to an organic solar cell including a substrate including a metal wire and a manufacturing method thereof and, more particularly, to an organic solar cell including a substrate, a transparent electrode, a P-type conductive film, a photoactive layer, an N-type conductive film, and a metal electrode. The substrate includes embedded metal wires. The organic solar cell and the manufacturing method thereof are capable of improving light conversion efficiency of the solar cell by reducing the surface resistance of the transparent electrode and preventing the reduction of the light conversion efficiency following the large area of the solar cell. In addition, the solar cell can be manufactured as a flexible solar cell by preventing damage to the metal wires or the disconnection of it even though a shape of the solar cell is transformed.</p> |
