The present invention relates to a payment method which a payment gateway server performs in a communication network environment including: a user terminal in which a user is able to input a certain command or information; a product sale web server; a payment gateway server; an identity authentication server; and a financial institution server. The payment method includes: a first step for receiving and storing payment member joining information which is inputted to a user terminal; a second step for authenticating whether a user uses a real name or not by communicating with the identity authentication server; a third step for calling a payment information registration window to the financial institution server based on generated payment member identification information about a payment member; a fourth step for receiving payment information from the user terminal in the payment information registration window which is called to the financial institution server; a fifth step for receiving an account connection request from the product sale web server; a sixth step for matching the user information of the product sale web server with the payment member joining information; a seventh step for receiving an account connection payment request from the product sale web server; a eighth step for outputting an account connection payment window to the user terminal; a ninth step for receiving authentication information which is inputted in the account connection payment window and requesting an authentication to the financial institution server; a tenth step for requesting a payment to the financial institution server; and an eleventh step for receiving whether the payment is authorized or not from the financial institution server.
