Cigarette paper with charcoal according to an embodiment of the present invention includes preserving paper that is equipped in a cigarette pack and wholly surrounds cigarette. The present invention comprises paper and a mixed polymer coated on the paper. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mixed polymer mixed with charcoal and resin and packed in the cigarette pack and the preserving paper that wraps the cigarette so as to control the moisture of the cigarette, thereby improving the quality of a product and reducing off-flavor inside the cigarette pack and off-flavor while smoking.
