The device has a fixing bar (1) i.e. strut, fixed and adapted to a frame of a cycle at level of stay, rear base of cycle and at an axle of hub of rear wheel of the cycle. A lever (2) is articulated on the frame. The lever is provided with locations at its front end to aim at the pedal, where the lever has a bearing guide (3). A fixing part (4) is articulated on the bearing guide, and is fixed and adjusted on a connecting rod of the pedal. The guide includes bearings to allow translation of the lever with respect to the bearing guide.
