The present invention relates to a green tire loading storage which is capable of storing green tires by using hangers for preventing the deformation and improper storage of the green tires when the green tires are kept in a tire warehouse before the green tires, which are completed in a molding process, move to a curing process during a tire manufacturing process. The green tire loading storage, which is formed for loading the green tires (1) completed in a molding process, comprises: a storage shell (2) in which each tire is moved and stored; a fixating shaft (4) disposed on the upper side of the storage shell and provided with a motor (3); a hanger shaft (5) connected to the lower side of the fixating shaft (4); a variable shaft (6) moving up and down in the space penetrating the hanger shaft (5); a cylindrical power shaft (7) fixated on the free end of the variable shaft and operated together with the variable shaft (6); a support plate (8) connected to the cylindrical power shaft (7); a green tire hanger (9) which is folded and unfolded by a hinge on the support plate (8); a wire connecting an upper pulley between the hanger shaft (5) and the cylinder poser shaft (7) with a lower pulley disposed on the green tire hanger (9); and a green tire bead support (13) which performs a reciprocating motion by another wire (12) inside the green tire hanger (9) and which appears from and disappears in the green tire hanger (9). |
