PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor which improves the adhesion between a dielectric layer and a conductor layer, and to provide a manufacturing method of the capacitor.SOLUTION: A capacitor 10 according to one embodiment of this invention comprises: a dielectric layer 110; first and second external electrode layers 121, 122; first and second internal electrode parts 131, 132; and a suction part 150. The first internal electrode part 131 is provided at a first through hole part 113a. One end of the first internal electrode part 131 is connected with the first external electrode layer 121, and the other end of the first internal electrode part 131 is insulated from the second external electrode layer 122. The second internal electrode part 132 is provided at a second through hole part 113b. One end of the second internal electrode part 132 is connected with the second external electrode layer 122, and the other end of the second internal electrode part 132 is insulated from the first external electrode layer 121. The suction part 150 is provided at a third through hole part 113c and includes a negative pressure space 151 where the first external electrode layer 121 and the second external electrode layer 122 are suctioned. |
