The present invention relates to an LED lamp with a self-waterproof structure of a lighting housing. The present invention includes: the lighting housing; a lighting cover which is formed with a square plate shape and provides a coupling structure with a waterproof processing unit which is formed on the recess parts of both sides of the upper inner side of the lighting housing; and the waterproof processing unit which includes a waterproof layer between the recess parts of the lighting cover by an epoxy or silicon process and is formed by filling the recess parts of both sides of the upper inner side of the lighting housing with a hexahedral shape with an LED including an open top part to insert an LED module mounting PCB part in a longitudinal direction with epoxy or silicon materials. The lifetime of a lighting unit is improved and an LED module and a PCB are easily replaced by performing a waterproof function for an existing PCB mounting the LED module by the housing.
